Teacher Supreme

Terms of Service

Effective April 21, 2026 · Last updated July 8, 2026

1. Who we are

Teacher Supreme is designed, created, and operated by James Morris, a California-based solo founder and 35-year veteran K-12 teacher, reachable at james@agenticedgeventures.com. Your agreement under these Terms is with James Morris, operating as Agentic Edge Ventures. If the operating party ever changes, you will receive notice per Section 13 (Changes) below.

2. Who can use Teacher Supreme

Teacher Supreme is intended for licensed educators and other adult school staff, aged 18 or older. It is not designed for use by students directly. Students do not create accounts and do not interact with the service.

3. Your account and sign-in

Sign-in is passwordless. When you request a sign-in link, we email a one-time link to the address on your account. Clicking that link signs you in for a limited session. We never store your password because you never have one. Keep your email account secure; anyone with access to that inbox can sign in as you.

Your account is personal to you. Do not share login links or allow others to use your account. If you believe someone else has accessed your account, email us at james@agenticedgeventures.com and we will help you recover it.

4. Free trial, pricing, and referrals

Class-based pricing. Teacher Supreme is priced on two independent dials. First, you pay $5 per month per class you track, with each class covering up to 50 students. Second, you choose a feature level: Basic (included), Plus (a flat +$5 per month), or Premium (a flat +$10 per month). The feature add-on is account-wide and upgrades all of your classes at once; it is not tied to the number of classes and does not change automatically as you add classes. For example, three classes on Basic is $15 per month and three classes on Premium is $25 per month. Subscriptions are billed monthly with a card on file unless you choose annual billing.

28-day free trial. New teachers get 28 free days, and the clock starts when you add your first class roster — signing up alone starts nothing. To sign up you provide your name, your school, a school email address, and a personal email address. No card is required to begin. To keep the trial active, you answer 5 quick questions once a week, on the same weekday your trial started — each check-in unlocks your next week and helps shape the product. We collect a card at day 28, and your paid subscription then begins at $5 per month for one class (Basic), or the matching class-based rate above if you track more classes. The trial and any reduced rate are conditional on continued check-in feedback; they are not permanent. We email you before any charge or rate change, with a one-tap cancel link in the notice and inside the app.

Annual plan. You may choose annual billing on any plan: pay for 10 months up front and get the full 12 — two months on us. Annual plans auto-renew on the anniversary date. You can cancel before the renewal date to stop the next charge.

Referrals. Every teacher has a personal referral link. For every two teachers you refer who sign up through your link and each keep a paid subscription for two consecutive months, you move up one feature tier — Basic to Plus, then Plus to Premium — free for the remainder of your current subscription year. These tier upgrades reset at your annual renewal, when you return to the tier you actively pay for. If you are already on our top feature tier, your qualifying referrals are recognized with an Ambassador badgeon your account, and we may offer additional thank-yous from time to time at our discretion — any such benefit is optional, decided case by case, and not guaranteed. The teacher you refer starts with their own 28-day free trial.

Cancel anytime.Cancellation is always one tap inside the app. We do not prorate refunds for partial months — you keep access through the end of the period you have paid for. If your payment fails, we will attempt to retry it and email you; if it keeps failing, we pause your subscription without deleting your data and notify you before any data is removed (see Section 9).

Missed-feedback during the trial. The weekly check-in keeps your free trial moving forward, one week at a time. If a check-in is missed, your next week does not unlock until you complete it; the trial does not extend automatically. We email a gentle reminder to the address on your account before the trial ends or any charge is made.

5. Your responsibilities as a teacher

Teacher Supreme is designed around normal teacher workflow: saying or typing a student’s first name to surface that student’s card, logging an observation, generating a parent update. All of this happens on your device. Student names, behavior notes, academic notes, voice transcripts, and roster photos are stored in your browser’s encrypted IndexedDB — not on our servers.

When you use AI features such as drafting a parent email or a sub plan, real student names in your observations are swapped for neutral tokens before the prompt is sent, and the real names are restored on your device after the response arrives. See our Privacy Policy, Section 2, for the full mechanism.

Voice input note.Your browser handles the step that turns what you said into text. On iPhone (iOS 17 Safari or later) and on most up-to-date Chrome, Android, and Chromebook devices (Chrome 139+ with on-device speech), voice stays on your device. On older browsers or devices without on-device support, the audio clip is sent to your browser’s speech service (typically Google’s) to become text before Teacher Supreme sees it — the app shows a one-time notice on those devices. If this matters for your district’s policy, use text entry instead of voice.

You are the records custodian for anything you create inside Teacher Supreme. You are responsible for following your school’s, district’s, and state’s policies on student records, including the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and any rules about parent communication. If your district has specific requirements for observation tools, follow those requirements. Teacher Supreme does not override district policy.

6. Our responsibilities

We will make reasonable, best-effort attempts to keep Teacher Supreme running, secure, and available on the devices and browsers listed on our support pages. We follow the security practices described in our Privacy Policy, including encryption in transit, encryption at rest, and passwordless authentication. We will notify affected users in writing if we become aware of a security incident involving their data.

Teacher Supreme is in beta. Features may change, improve, move, or temporarily break. When something changes in a way that affects how you use the product, we will tell you before or at the time of the change.

7. Acceptable use

Please do not:

  • Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Teacher Supreme.
  • Resell, sublicense, or rent access to Teacher Supreme or your account.
  • Use Teacher Supreme to harass, bully, surveil, or harm any student or colleague.
  • Upload content that violates another person’s privacy, copyright, or trademark.
  • Attempt to interfere with the operation of the service, including by automated traffic, denial-of-service attempts, or probing for vulnerabilities without our written permission.

If you discover a security vulnerability in Teacher Supreme, please report it to james@agenticedgeventures.com rather than disclosing it publicly, and we will respond within five business days.

8. Intellectual property

We own Teacher Supreme — the software, the brand, the UI designs, the content we create, and the documentation. You do not acquire any ownership in any of that by using the service.

You own the observations, notes, dossiers, and other content you create inside Teacher Supreme. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content so that we can provide the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content, and we do not use your content to train third-party AI models.

You can export your content at any time from the app’s settings or by emailing us.

9. Termination and data deletion

You can cancel your subscription at any time from inside the app, in one tap, or by emailing james@agenticedgeventures.com. You can request full deletion of your account and any associated data at any time.

We may suspend or terminate an account if it is used to violate these Terms, if required by law, or if the payment on file fails repeatedly. We will notify you before taking any such action when practical.

After you cancel, we retain your account and content for a 30-day grace period so that you can re-subscribe without losing your dossiers. After 30 days, we begin automated deletion. You can request faster deletion at any time.

10. Disclaimers

Teacher Supreme is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Except as explicitly stated in these Terms or in our Privacy Policy, we make no warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy.

Teacher Supreme is a tool that helps teachers capture and organize classroom observations. It does not replace your professional judgment, your IEP team, your school’s disciplinary processes, or your district’s guidance. Decisions about students are yours and your school’s; Teacher Supreme provides records and suggestions, not verdicts.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to Teacher Supreme or these Terms is capped at the greater of (a) the fees you paid to us in the twelve months before the event that gave rise to the claim, or (b) $100 USD.

Neither of us will be liable to the other for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; to the extent they do not apply to you, our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.

12. Where things get sorted if we disagree

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any legal claim arising out of or related to Teacher Supreme or these Terms must be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and both of us agree to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Before starting any legal action, please email james@agenticedgeventures.com with a description of the issue so we have an opportunity to resolve it directly.

13. Changes to these Terms

When we change these Terms in a way that materially affects your rights or obligations, we will notify you by email and by an in-app notice at least 30 days before the change takes effect. If you continue to use Teacher Supreme after the effective date of the change, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you can cancel your subscription.

For non-material updates — typos, clarifications that do not change your rights, and similar — we post the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date at the top.
